Tember is made by a very small team, and that is the good news: your message is read by the person who can actually fix the thing.
Questions, bugs, ideas, or just a photograph you're proud of — all welcome. We aim to reply within a few days.
The fastest fixes come from mails that include three things:
Photographs you attach are used only to reproduce the problem and are deleted afterwards — see the Privacy Notice.
On your device, and nowhere else. Negatives and develops live in Tember's own storage; exports go to your photo library. Nothing is uploaded — the app makes no network connections at all. That also means we cannot recover photos: keep your device backed up.
On purpose. Tember captures a deliberately neutral negative — minimal processing, slight usability protections — so the film stock you choose does the developing, not the phone. Shoot flat, print later.
Always. The negative is never touched by a develop. Open any photo in the darkroom and print it under a different stock — tonight or in ten years.
Open Settings inside Tember and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases live on your Apple Account, so they follow you to any device signed into it.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves, but write to us and we'll gladly help you make the case.
Because the app is built to work without one. No account, no cloud, no analytics — your photographs never leave your phone.
For anything about your personal information, write to privacy@tember.app — the Privacy Notice explains the little there is to explain.
